Harper's Bazaar Arabia celebrated its 5th year of its annual list of the best dressed ladies in town with a swanky party at the Embassy at the Grosvenor House hotel in Dubai. Sponsored by watch brand du jour, Glam Rock, the celebs favourite haunt was packed to the rafters with the region's most glamourous residents, dressed to the nines in fashion's finest. Hosted by gorgeous editor Louise Nichol, the beautiful people gathered to see and be seen at one of the season's hottest tickets. The prized Harper's Bazaar Best Dressed list has become one of the most contentious subjects since.....well, the HOT 100!
